My stay at Premier Inn Herne Bay had its ups and downs. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made a significant difference, but the ongoing building work and cleanliness left much to be desired. The location was a bit tricky to navigate, especially with a child, making trips to town and the beach feel cumbersome. Overall, while the beds were comfy, there are definitely areas that need improvement. 😕

My stay at Premier Inn Herne Bay was a mix of comfort and minor issues. while the location was perfect and the staff friendly, I encountered a few drawbacks that affected my experience slightly. Still, the hotel met my basic needs well, making it a decent choice for a short stay.

The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a good night's rest, although I did notice a vague unpleasant odour in the bathroom. It would be great if the room cleaning could be more consistent since I felt unsure if it was being done during my stay.

Emma at reception greeted me warmly and was efficient in arranging my taxi. however, I did find some aspects of service could be improved, like the delayed repair of the bedside light despite notifying the staff about it.

The hotel’s prime location off the M2/A299 was perfect for my needs, with convenient access to restaurants and local attractions. Being close to the beach made it an ideal base for exploring the area.

However, the air conditioning was a bummer, making the room uncomfortably hot, and I had to deal with an unclean room upon check-in. Overall, it was decent but definitely left room for improvement.
